Shipping & Returns

Shipping

 

It is our pleasure to offer  FREE delivery to all local orders in Hong Kong.

 

All orders are processed and despatched within 1-4 working days upon our confirmation of your payment.  Once the order is despatched, you will receive a confirmation email from us with delivery details for your reference and tracking.  You can generally expect your package to arrive within 2-4 working days after despatched.

 

Shipping to Singapore and Japan is now available at a delivery fee of HK$150 (FREE delivery for purchase over HK$2500). Normally, it takes  2-3 business days to despatch and 7-10 days after despatch to arrive shipping address. Enquiry for other international destinations, please contact us at info@jemimal.com.

* Please note that Fleur Bleue Jewellery is not able to account for any additional customs/ taxes/ duties charges as imposed differently by respective local Custom authorities. It is therefore the responsibility of the customer to pay for all fees (tariffs, taxes, etc) that may be imposed and to handle any issues that may arise during or after shipping.

International orders are accepted only from a few selected countries at the moment; for enquiries, please contact us at info@JemimaL.com.

 

If you would like to Send as gift, you are recommended to purchase the gift item as a separate order (from other items you purchase for self-use).  We will be happy to include a gift card for you; just indicate your gift message along with your request delivery date at checkout and we will do the rest.

 

Packaging

Each item comes with a velvet pouch/box if the original packaging is not available.

 

Each order is bubble wrapped and packed in a sturdy envelope/box before sending it off for delivery arrangement.

 

Returns

JEMIMA L. is dedicated to create an enjoyable shopping experience for our jewellery loving customers. If you are not happy with a purchase, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery to you provided the following conditions are met:

 

  • That you make the return request as soon as (and no more than 3 days after) you receive the item by writing to us at info@JemimaL.com, we will then send back a confirmation email to you upon receipt of your return request

  • That the return item has not been worn, damaged or altered

  • That the return item will arrive our office within 7 days from the date you receive the item

  • That the return item along with its accompanied packaging is in same condition as sent to you

  • That the return item is sent back together with a copy of our confirmation email to you upon receipt of your return request

  • That the return item is packaged well, as damaged made on item due to improper packaging will not be accepted*

  • That the return item will be sent back at your cost and we recommend that it is sent back with tracking information to prevent package lost in mail*

  • That the return item is not a sale item**

  • That if the return item is a vintage item, refund is not available unless descriptions of the item are substantially incorrect***

 

*JEMIMA L. is not responsible for any loss or damaged incurred during the return process, and we reserve the right to refuse a refund.  

**All discounted/sales items are sold “as is” and are non-refundable.

***As all vintage items are pre-owed, some signs of flaws or wear are to be expected. To gauge your expectation please refer to our grading chart.  Additionally, we recommend you to ask any and all questions that you may have about an item before purchasing.

 

Once the return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you our receipt of the item and our confirmation to you, if applicable, on the amount of refund (i.e.the purchase price you paid for the item) to be returned to you. Refunds generally take 3 to 5 days to process and will be returned to you in the form of the original payment.
